Location

With a headquarters in Wakefield, MA, we’re close enough to Boston to take advantage of all it has to offer, but far enough to avoid the infamous I-93 traffic jams and city parking hassles.

Business Development Representative

Strongarm is expanding its sales efforts and is looking to hire Business Development Representatives to accelerate its outbound sales initiatives.  If you are a recent graduate looking to build/diversify your sales experience or break into a high velocity sales role, this position might be for you.

Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and overall lead management. This position will have a direct impact on our success by identifying/qualifying leads and getting them started with a trial of Strongarm.

About you…

  1. A recent college graduate with an interest in pursuing a career in sales
  2. Experience in a business development role or related sales activities
  3. Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
  4. Highly competitive by nature with a track record of attaining goals
  5. Outgoing, comfortable with cold-call prospecting
  6. Organized and detail oriented
  7. Natural curiosity to understand prospect’s business and how Strongarm can benefit the customer
  8. Familiarity with a CRM and Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot)
  9. Available to work in our Wakefield, MA office
  10. Bachelor’s degree

Inside Sales Representative

Strongarm is expanding its inside sales team to fuel our next level of growth. If you are looking to bring your sales skills to an organization where your contributions will have a direct impact in the success of the company, this role might be for you.

The successful candidate will own a large green field territory so he/she must be a self-starter and have the ability to prioritize their daily activities. We are only looking for candidates who love to sell and crush quota.

About you…

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a quota carrying sales position within a technology company.
  2. Consistently have met or exceeded individual targets and quotas
  3. Strong verbal and written skills which have moved opportunities through the sales funnel
  4. Successful at delivering new logos and building a happy user community
  5. Enjoy working trade events to prospect and generate warm leads
  6. Advanced proficiency using a CRM tool (HubSpot)
  7. Available to work in our Wakefield, MA office
  8. Bachelor’s degree
